18K SuperGlide Hitch is made specifically for short bed pickups. As the truck turns, the hitch automatically slide further back in the bed to prevent a 5th wheel trailer form contacting the back of the truck cab. I've only used this hitch about 6 times, and there is nothing wrong with it. I've just decided to go with a different setup in my truck. This one is setup to attach to industry standard rails. If you have a Ford or a Reese puck system in your truck, I also have an adapter rail that could be packaged with this.
