We have a 1999 Flagstaff camper. We started a remodel and finished replacing the floor and started putting down flooring and took out the stove and hot water heater and replaced it with a brand new on demand water heater, but then we moved and we are now in Mayodan, NC and have not worked on it in years. It has been under a covered area all this time and would be a great project camper for someone. It might even be a great one for parts as the A/C still works great and it still has a toilet and shower, although the back wall in the bath needs some work as well.
