I bought this trailer in March of this year from a dealer here in area. It was a trade in and has been used very little.

I added and modified many things:

changed over all the exterior trailer lights to led,[includes all the marker lights].

changed the interior lights to led

replaced wheel hubs and tires with new

installed a new larger ,[27 series ],battery and case.

made a locking cage for battery and cable lock for propane tank.

I added a drawer under potty with full extension guides

I removed cheap drawer guides from other 2 drawers and installed full extension guides

installed new 8 gauge positive wire from battery to trailer power junction ,also installed a circuit breaker /cutoff switch in circuit.

mad a mount for crank to lift top

modified cabinet in trailer to hold a porta potty ,new ,never used potty included along with chemicals.

installed extra set of levelers on front, [ made an attachment to connect to drill to raise and lower jacks

brand new jack to change tires

installed grab at door

installed insect cover of furnace air intake/ exhaust

installed new sink faucet

installed new 3" thick memory foam mattresses with covers,[never used]

I have many accessories that I bought [never used]

water and waste water hoses, water filter

waste water collection bottle with all connecting pipes

electrical pig tails connectors for hookup at campsite

new wheel jack to level trailer side to side

level vials on top of trailer

spare tire cover

trailer cover ,new

stove is spoteless ,looks to be never used

trailer exterior is shiny clean

there are no dings or bad spots anywhere on trailer
