This Cedar Creek 5th wheel was purchased new in 2012 at Seven O s In upstate New York. Price w it s options was 74,068.00 I have all original paperwork and Manuals . I am selling it for 25,000.00 Unit is loaded with options like 6 point hydraulic leveling, king bed , slide toppers , rain sensor fans , lazy boy recliners , etc . The only thing that does not work is the Dirt devil central vac system quit and haven t had it repaired . . Thank you, Bill
