2013 Surveyor Cadet SC189
I purchased this camper from the original owner in December 2018 a year ago . It had only been slept in 12 nights! From what I observed I believed what he was saying. There was not a scratch or nick anywhere and still smelled new. It had also spent its life inside an enclosed barn. No sun fade.
Reason for selling We thought we wanted to go plush and fluffy with our camping but quickly realized that it was not going to meet our needs long term. We enjoy off road exploration and camping so this was not the best camper for our needs. We hate to see it go since it is as NEW. When you see it you will agree!
I am asking 13,950.00. Based upon the units out there, this is a great price for this camper. My wife says it needs to go so I will entertain a reasonable offer based on the value of our camper. Low ball offers will just be ignored. Offers must be made in person after inspecting the camper. I have the clear Alabama title and it will be sold with a bill of sale. I also have all the original paperwork for the camper and appliances as well as computer PDF s that I will gladly share with the new owner.
It is available for inspection at our home in Mobile, Alabama and can be seen by appointment only. Cash only will be accepted. I will also deliver it within 300 miles for a reasonable fee.
