Trailer is in great condition. It has been stored under cover when not in use since we bought it new. Tires about a year old. Max Air II Covers on all roof vents. Currently has a Propride hitch on it which practically eliminates trailer sway. If not familiar with this hitch google it. The cost of hitch New is around 2500 alone. I will leave Propride on trailer with acceptable offer. Smoke free. Brand new Lull queen size memory foam mattress. Slept on maybe 6 or 7 nights. We are selling to upgrade to a larger camper.
