Pros: Great floor plan; 24 sqft bathroom; never smoked in; no pets; very comfortable memory foam mattress has always been encased in its own cover; cold fridge and freezer; AC cold; Furnace hot; really good condition; no roof leaks; propane full. Very clean unit; NO SLIDES; light enough to pull with a ton truck.
