2014 Work and Play Toy Hauler 30WRS, barely used looks and smells new. We are the 2nd owners, 1st owners used it 2 times and we have used it maybe 8 times over the 3 years we have had it. We pulled it with a 2008 Dodge 3500 RAM and a 2017 F250 and it pulled without any issues with both. We no longer needed a garage so we upgraded to a full time 5th wheel unit.
Notes of interest:
The AC was replaced the end of May and still under warranty
The battery was replaced in April
The propane regulator was replaced
Blinds replaced in bedroom and behind kitchen sink
Toilet replaced with porcelain toilet
Rotors and Brakes maintenance performed
Diamond Plate is in perfect condition
Tires are in good shape 2014 tires no dry rot
Paint is glossy but could use a wax job
Floors in non garage area's is in perfect condition
Shower and bathroom is in perfect condition
Bedroom mattress and jack knife beds are in perfect condition with absolutely no stains
Floors in garage have two tiny dark spots one is the size of a quarter and one is the size of a golf ball
Comes with sway bar and stabilizer bar
Roof checked for leaks and none found
No water damage and no leaks
10 ft garage measures 79 inches high opening with 91.5 inches wide opening that then widens to make the 10ft garage
