I usually let it idle for a few minutes when I stop for fuel or for a break. The owners manual says vehicle should be run before towing and about 5 minutes at each fuel stop to make sure transmission is adequately lubricated.
Hi, just saw your ad. Are there any special requirements when flat towing this vehicle? Such as stopping to idle it for a while every few hundred miles etc?
