2015 Rockwood Roo 23 IKSS is turnkey ready to camp with room for the whole family, title in hand! The 23ft 24 ft 7 in overall in closed position floor plan is easy to tow and park, with dual opposing slides creating a huge living area. The Roo has a large kitchen with an island and plenty of counter and cabinet space. The hybrid expandable tent ends have two true queen 60"x80" mattresses which are brand new, never slept on. New sheets and pillows are included! Tent ends are in good shape with no leaks or mildew. The dinette converts into a bed and the couch pulls out to make a bed and includes an air mattress. This creates sleeping space for up to 8!

Dexter torsion axles are smooth riding and make towing this camper a breeze. Four brand new tires were installed in December 2020 and spare tire with cover are included and mounted on the rear bumper. Trailer brakes have recently been checked and are working properly. Power tongue jack makes getting hooked up simple. A 17 ft retractable power awning is perfect to take the sun load off the camper or to enjoy time outside at your campsite. The grill/propane two 20 lb full propane tanks hookup at the rear of the camper makes grilling out easy! It even has an outside worktable that hooks right onto the side of the camper. A 30 amp power cord is included. Roof has recently been checked and resealed and there are no leaks, and still has 6 years left on the 12 year warranty. Brake, tail, and clearance lights are all working so you don't have to worry about towing at night. Both the rooftop A/C 13,500 BTUs and propane furnace, as well as the 6 gallon hot water heater are in good shape and working well. Rooftop "Maxxair" vent covers over both hatches let the fresh air in and keep the rain out. Folding TV antennae and radio antennae are in good shape and functioning properly with the TV and radio both working in the camper. Even on rainy days you can enjoy the comforts of home! With the flip of a switch in the camper, the fresh, gray, and black water tanks, as well as the discharge plumbing, are heated so you never have to worry about those colder nights. We are willing to help with delivery or work with transporter at buyers cost.
