I, the original and only owner of this beautiful, well cared for 5th wheel have no pets and am a non smoker . Unit was stored inside during off season. Has all the whistles and bells included with the Hathaway Edition including a permanently installed Progressive electrical management system to protect the unit from any electrical hazards you may plug into. I've also installed a tire pressure monitor system, a flag pole mount, awning tie down poles, and many extras installed by Forest River's preferred maintenance shop. These include extra tail lights mounted high on the rear, extra hold down bolts for the refrigerator with extra mounted supports for the outside lower panels so they don't flap in the wind. Installed locally, is a professional welded bike rack receiver on the back. I had the unit in a trailer shop last year for complete brake and wheel bearing service as well as a check on all tail and brake light wires. Forest River installed new tires, wheels and both end caps because of minor issues last season. I replaced both batteries last season as well. This unit is clean, well maintained and ready to roll. We are selling as we are both aging and wish to downsize to a smaller travel trailer.
