I bought this trailer in December 2021. I am selling as I am want the option of more sleeping space to travel with another adult friend. I am planning to purchase a bunkhouse.

This trailer is easy to tow and perfect for a couple for short trips. This unit is great for a small family for short trips.

New tires were added in January 2022 as the old tires were over 5 years old. A new deep cycle marine battery was installed in the summer of 2022. The mattress was purchased in November 2022 and is very comfortable.

The Houghton 13.5k BTU AC in this unit is one year old and has a remote control which is nice to be able to control it during the night without having to get out of bed. The AC/Heat thermostat has been replaced with a heat only thermostat to control the furnace.

The previous owner had installed an electric fireplace heater in the small storage area by the door. I removed it but can easily be reinstalled.

Included with the unit is a PahaQue Tent Awning and a PahaQue Visor. The Visor is very easy for one person to set up. The Tent Awning adds more living space outdoors to protect you from the elements and can also be set up by one person without any trouble.

The kitchen area has a two burner stove. The microwave can also operate as a convection oven or a broiler. The galley area was updated with new modern looking tile last winter and the interior was repainted.

New pleated window treatments were also installed. Reflective window covers were created to help keep out the summer sun. This also provides a blackout interior to eliminate any bright lights at night.

I installed a CURT sway bar included for more safety on the road.

The trailer has a remote brake control that can be manually operated in the tow vehicle. That is optional and not required but can bring a swaying trailer under control, although I have never had to use it.

A storage rack was added to the tongue. An under chassis spare tire storage was installed to free up the hitch on the rear bumper for a bike rack or small storage rack. The bumper is rated to hold 125 lbs.

You will not have to worry about running out of propane with two 20 lb. tanks. A tongue lock is included.

The AM/FM/Bluetooth/CD/DVD player provides sounds inside and outside. The DVD player connects to the TV so you can take your favorite movies with you for those rainy days. A rotating TV antenna is included to pick up any local stations.

I installed a LevelMate PRO leveling system which allows one person to level the unit side to side and front to back using a app on your phone or tablet.

The unit is currently stored in a covered RV storage site in Aubrey, Texas. I can meet you there for viewing. I can also arrange to bring unit to my home in The Colony.
