Better than new, this 2017 Heritage Glen 272RL was purchased brand new and has been used only a few times. Total actual miles pulled as logged by my pickup is just over 4400miles. Many hours of time spent making it perfect. For example: Added battery cutoff switch, changed all lights interior and exterior to LED's to save on power consumption, added features like bumper mounted gas grill, brand new Goodyear 8ply tires changed because of horror stories about "china" tires that were original . Tires are nitrogen filled. We've used this so little that the LP tanks are still 3/4 full from original fillup. Our property has a heated 44 foot RV garage that it has been stored in since day 1. It is currently being stored at a storage facility that is fully enclosed on 3 sides . We have had no issues with this trailer. Everything works as new I'm a maintenance nut . Has theatre seating, 2 zone interior/exterior furion sound system, DVD player, bluetooth connectivity, HD antenna, 5Kbtu fireplace that really warms things up and is really quite beautiful, sleeps 6 comfortably, Awning, exterior light package, spare tire, full pass through basement, island kitchen, exterior kitchen with refrigerator and sink, exterior TV mount, exterior shower and other features I'm probably forgetting. Beautiful RV, and as I said, literally better than new. Just serviced for winter storage and professionally cleaned inside and out exterior may have a little dust from sitting.
