We purchased our camper July of 2018. It is currently located outside of Philadelphia near Garnet Valley High School.
The dealer and online reviews say this is the best of the pop up campers. It is!!
Large dinette that slides out , Nice table and two padded benches seats 6 people : Great set up!!
Kitchen set up: Kitchen sink, storage drawers and lots of cabinet space, Fridge, full size microwave, stove w/ oven and 3 burners, fan above stove. Included extra dish pan and utensil tray fits draw perfect. Bake ware perfect for oven.
Fire Extinguisher, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector

Inside cabinets 5, two are extra long under large dinette.
Sleeping: Sleeps 6 with Slide out King amp; Queen bed with heated mattresses for chilly nights, Screened for open air I loved that part Canvas coverage. Very Waterproofed. Also dinette changes to a full size bed. Over the bed storage bags.
2 comforters amp; sheet sets King amp; queen Included. Colors match camper decor.
Outdoor Gas Grill. Hooks to camper or you can use a small propane camping tank.
Large AC unit / Fans / Floor Heater. Hot water heater.
Full " TALL" bathroom set up with special waterproof shower curtains . Easy to use toilet. Two matching Bath amp; Hand Towels, Towel Rack , Small shelf behind toilet for shampoo etc. Attached soap dish. Window in Bathroom.
Nice floor and ceiling lighting, extra mini fan and light that plugs in to ceiling. Camper floor is nice Laminate with wood look
Great stereo system with WIFI, AM amp; FM, Bluetooth music through IPhone and speakers inside and outside of camper.
Outside camper equipment:
Awning with LED lighting. Lift system is electric or manual, easy to use. Tanks are black, gray and fresh water under camper All attachment hoses included.Outside electrical outlets. Steps to inside. Light outside door. Outdoor shower.
Great fresh air with all the screens open! Keep warm with closures of canvas window covers, and some windows are three layers screen, heavy duty plastic, canvas . All zip open and close.
