It has only 14,500 miles on a Chevy 4500 gas chassis and is in excellent condition. We are the original owners and hate to part with it, but have reached the point where it is more difficult to camp and hope that someone will enjoy it as much as we have.
It has a "walk around" queen bed in a side slide out, as well as a 60" x 80" bed over the cab and a table that converts to a bed so it can sleep 2 adults and 2 kids. There are 4 seat belts and a swivel passenger front seat for extra seating in the "house." There are 2 awnings a 14' side power awning with LED lighting and a 6' awning on the bedroom slide out. The roof top vents have vent covers so you can leave them open while traveling for more air circulation. A 39" TV is mounted over the cab with an upgraded sound system and DVD player and there is a hook up for another TV in the bedroom.
AC and a furnace make camping in any weather comfortable. Electric hook ups are needed to run the AC and microwave, as well as for electric outlets. A built in generator helps if you are camping without hookups. The "house" has 2 Marine batteries.
The kitchen has a microwave, 3 burner gas stove top and oven, an extension on the counter for extra space and a roomy refrigerator. There is lots of storage space both inside and out. A shower, foot pedal flush toilet and bathroom sink with mirrored medicine cabinet and under sink storage make up the bathroom unit.
All essentials such as linens, levelers, kitchenware, hoses and hook up necessities, paper goods, etc., are included with the unit so it is ready to go on an adventure.
