I have the following items remaining for sale, all removed from my Forest River 22RBHL. Some are brand new and never used, some were used on my last trip. Please let me know if you have any questions or want to make an offer on anything.
Electric tongue jack, never used
Stabilizer jacks, never used, electric front and rear units with the switches
Shower door never used. A retracting, self cleaning RV shower door and frame
Coleman Mach 15 roof A/C includes SoftStart for reduced power surge, used last year
A/C inner panel for the Coleman Mach 15 used last year clean like new .
Suburban propane furnace, brand new, never used
Dometic 310 toilet with porcelain bowl, never used
Furrion oven, used it daily, this is the combined oven and cooktop with 3 burners
12v deep cycle RV battery, never used and there is a spare 110v battery charger too.
If you want to know how the shower door looks or the Furrion oven and cooktop installed, check online for images of a new Forest River 22RBHL.

What year is the 22RBHL?
2021 (delivered from the factory January last year)
I'm intrigued. Why was all this gear removed from a 2021 rig?

The 22RBHL was as close as I could get to what I wanted at a price I was prepared to pay. The changes are part of my "improvements".

X2. The entire list is enigmatic, especially the black iron gas piping. Too many items over a year old, but never used? Something doesn't add up. I'll take a hard pass on this one.

"black iron gas piping"?
Enigmatic : Relating to or resembling an enigma; not easily explained or accounted for; darkly expressed; not clear to the understanding; obscure; puzzling.
My apologies for adversely affecting your day. Taking a hard pass on this one is probably your safest way to go.

Geez people. If you look at his member name, it sounds like he found a unit that had the floorplan he wanted but, he's just upgrading/customizing ALL (and I mean ALL) of the appliances and major components to his custom plan. Makes perfect sense that the "parts" may be a year old and unused as he took them out to make room for his customized rebuild. ;)

Absolutely spot on. :)
After researching dozens, maybe even 100+ trailers the 22RBHL was close to perfect at least in floor plan. Separate bedroom, decent living room, nice slide with a lot of glass, and a good sized bathroom. Right now it's full electric with over 1,000w of solar, twin inverters running from 12 and 24v lithium battery banks, auto leveling gear, mini-split A/C, Kohler frameless residential shower door, rain shower, washer, dryer, dishwasher and so much more. Indeed pretty much a CustomBuild.
The only downside is it cost me 910 pounds of my CCC and the goodies that I removed are taking up my garage space.

I'm happy to show a few examples. I did some work when we first got the trailer and during our travels figured we needed some changes. A lot of changes.
The bathroom sink and mirror are staying. I went with the wide sink because you get far less splashing to wipe up. The mirror makes the bathroom seem even more spacious.
The dishwasher is great, uses very little water. The switch above it is a galley macerator pump which empties the front gray tank to the rear gray tank or dump pipe as needed.
I dropped the entire shower by 5" by re-routing the waste pipe and water pipes below the floor. That gave some extra room for the rain head. I'm 6' and the shower head sits at 6' 6".
The washer and dryer worked great in the closet, but I wanted to open the wall and get a window for a better view out that side. So that was a load of work that just got pulled out again this last few weeks. The washer and dryer will go under a new kitchen counter that will be replacing the closet area. I just showed the picture because I think it was a really neat way to get all those homely appliances in a very small space.
What size is that dishwasher ? looking to add one to my new unit . the last dishwasher walked out on me . seems to have a small footprint

The one in the pic or the one that walked out on you? :roflblack:

Here is a picture with the measurements.
So far the unit seems excellent. I had one that I installed in a Class A and used it for over one year with no issues and so I installed the exact same model in my TT.
