1999 2004 Mustang Towing Baseplate except Cobra this Blue Ox is only 1 year old, I purchased the car but I won't be towing it, looks like new, very solid and easy to install, all parts are included, you will pay 400.00 plus for this new, 1/2 price at 100.00
